Division of Professional Services LLC "DPS" (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the https://dpsinvestigations.com/ website and the DPS. mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
Our Privacy/Legal page informs you of policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have around your data. DPS utilized encryption whenever possible surrounding the case management systems and storing of data. However, there is no 100% protection free method to send, receive ans store data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You need to take all actions on your end to ensure proper tools, technology and methods are used to protect your PII.
